Cheap Chicken and Noodle Soup
From Cheap Snacks:
1 packet of chicken flavour instant noodles
3-5 mushrooms
Half a can of sweetcorn
Butter
Soy sauce
Chilli sauce (optional)
Cook the noodles using one and a half times the recommended amount of water,
and for half the recommended cooking time. Slice the mushrooms thinly and fry.
Chuck the mushrooms and the sweetcorn into the noodles and let it cook for the
rest of the recommended cooking time
Add a knob of butter, let it melt, add the soy and/or chili sauce 5. Simmer
over a very low heat for 2 minutes. |
